Founded in 1992 by company owner Jeff Ritter, Altra Lawncare & Landscaping Services, Inc. provides professional grounds maintenance and landscaping services to the northeastern Maryland, Delaware and southeastern Pennsylvania areas.
Management at Altra maintains a hands-on presence throughout all phases of activity at Altra. We maintain communication with our clients and have recently implemented a company-wide software tracking system to enable us to track and follow-up on proposals, work orders and ensure customer satisfaction.
We do not advertise our services. We have a long track record of repeat customers and word-of-mouth referrals that keep us busy.
Seasonally employ up to 50 workers on up to 11 crews
Equipment: Fleet of 22 pickup & stake body trucks, 10 enclosed trailers, 6 open trailers, 8 skidloaders, 3 backhoes, 2 hydroseeders, mulch blower, mini excavator, wood chipper, etc.
